The PWSS committee would like to encourage as many members as possible to the AGM.

Copies of the Treasurers Report and past minutes are available from the Chair/Vice Chair via e mail – please see below. Hardcopies of the above documents will be placed in the Hub, Peterchurch, ASAP prior to the AGM. We shall also place as much information as possible on the community Facebook pages and village noticeboards. We are also hopeful that the PWSS will have these documents available too.

The Open Forum session is an opportunity for Members to raise any issues of concern. It is not a period for any one person to monopolise for an extensive time. In order to finish at a reasonable time we are restricting individual comments to 4 minutes. This is in line with the policy adopted by Peterchurch Parish Council. If you have concerns and problems outside this time limit, you are very welcome to contact members of the Committee both before and after the AGM. Items of relevance will be placed on the Agenda and addressed then in the following Committee meeting.

As a registered member of the Peterchurch Water Supply Society you hold one £1 share in the Society. As laid out in the rules of the Society, the ‘registered member’ is the person responsible for paying the water rates of a specific property/situation and is entitled to vote at this meeting of the Society (one vote per household). This notice is also being sent to tenants of houses supplied by the PWSS as a matter of courtesy. They will be welcome at the meeting but shall, under the rules of the Society, be unable to vote on items on the agenda.

If you would like copies of the Treasurers Report and previous minutes please contact one of the two people listed below.
